Bridge with fitness circle.
This is a great exercise to get the glutes (both med and max) working. Glutes are important to create a stable base of support for our core and are involved in our core systems which help our balance, stability and power.
The key to this exercise is to keep a constant pressure on the circle while maintaining the weight on your big toes and outside of the heels. If you let your feet roll in or out, you won't get into the hips muscles as well.
