Day 4 - March Matness

Day four brings us Single leg circles.  Today Maeghan demonstrated this version of single leg circles standing.   Standing helps with stability through the hips and control as you circle your leg.  Hold a wall or chair and see how still you can keep your torso as you circle your leg.

I also love this one lying down with a bent knee or a band around the foot.  Feels delicious.
