From Restorative to Athletic, mat classes help you restore, tone and shape your body for optimal movement and mechanics. You will learn all of the fundamental Pilates movement techniques in Pilates mat classes. Neutral spine, a properly engaged core, c-curve, shoulder and pelvic stability, spinal articulation, full breathing and working with Opposition forces. With small class sizes, you get the individual attention Joseph Pilates intended.
We have developed our classes to be either skilled based or flow based. A skill based class, will go over the skills and exercises for the intended level whereas a flow class you will be able to practice those skills in a flowing workout.
