Level 3: Cadillac, Chair, Springboard and Barrels - 270 hours

Level 3 is divided in four modules. The framework is built around concepts of functional movement and anatomical relationships in the lumbopelvic complex, the four regions of the spine, and the shoulder complex. All four pieces of equipment – Cadillac, Chair, Springboard and Barrels - can be used from post- rehab to athletic fine-tuning. By clustering them together you learn how to analyze the best course of action given the needs of your clients. The case studies included in the program test your ability to identify movement issues and determine the best practices to address them. We differentiate between teaching methodologies appropriate for one-on-one sessions and group classes to make you confident to working in both scenarios.

  • Exercise modifications and variations for all levels
