All sessions in a package must be completed in twelve months.
Appointments
Please call the studio to book an appointment (519) 829-2928. Pilates appointments are 55 minutes in length. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first session. If you need to change or cancel your appointment we require 24 hours advance notice. At-home service is available when you buy a package for an additional $15 fee per session (within city limits). Subject to availability.
