Group classes are an economical way to improve movement and performance.

  • Our group classes are small. This allows for personalized attention from the instructor to the students.

  • We have different streams of classes catering to everyone, from beginners to athletes, offered in 3 streams. The three streams allow for everybody to enjoy and benefit from Pilates.

  • REFORMER CLASSES

    The Pilates Reformer helps one establish torso stability and postural alignment while working peripheral limbs in full range of motion. With a moving carriage that slides along a metal frame, the adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles.

  • SPRINGBOARD CLASS

    The towers add challenge to the Pilates lengthening and strengthening workout. With movements coming from the core, the springs create resistance to isolate muscles in the arms and legs strengthening and stretching while increasing range of movement for a good stretch. The springs can support your movement and also challenge your movement.

  • MAT CLASS

    From Restorative to Athletic, mat classes help you restore, tone and shape your body for optimal movement and mechanics. You will learn all of the fundamental Pilates movement techniques in Pilates mat classes.

We offer classes in 3 streams:

Therapeutic Stream, Functional Stream and the Athletic Stream.

How Our Programs Work

We suggest you pick your home base class or classes. These are the classes you would attend weekly. This allows for you and your classes to develop together, layering in challenge and skill specific to the class participant. It also creates consistency, and consistency is essential to creating a new habit and movement patterns.

If your schedule varies, you can sign up for different classes each week. Are you going to be away? No problem, let us know and reschedule your class. We require 12 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your classes to retain the class credit.

Our classes are designated with levels.  Pilates and the movement techniques we teach at the studio are progressive in nature.  Your progress will accelerate as you move forward. At each level, we teach new movement patterns, terminology and skills. So it is essential that you take the lower levels before moving on to a higher level class.

  • Drop In Class: $35 +hst

  • 4 Class Pass: $130 +hst

  • 16 Classes: $450+hst (pay all at once )

  • 1 class per week membership: $109 +hst/4 weeks

  • 2 class per week membership: $199+hst/4 weeks

  • Unlimited Classes (in studio, virtual, on-demand) membership: $270 + hst

    All memberships are a 4 payment minimum commitment.

  • Class credits remaining active as long as your membership is active. You don’t lose your credit each month if you don’t use them.
