Inclement Weather Protocols

Classes and private sessions are cancelled when the public schools are closed or at the discretion of the Studio Director or acting authorized personnel when the Studio Director is away.

We attempt to give as much notice as possible when cancelling private sessions and group classes, however weather changes quickly and thus, things can change rapidly. When the decision to cancel has been determined, notifications to our clients will be posted in the following ways:

• Notification emails are sent to all class participants and private session participants.

• Notice of cancellation will be added to an auto-generated reply to any emails sent to info@pilatesinguelph.com, and the studio phone line will be updated with a recorded message giving notice of the cancellation.

• Notice of cancellation will be posted to our Facebook page, Instagram page and to our website.

• Magic 106.1 and CJOY will list Pilates in Guelph on the list of cancellations

Any class credit will be available to be made up.
