Pilates is about #coordination.  Single leg footwork helps realign your legs while asking your pelvis (our pelvis halves move in opposite directions (your pelvic does through torsion with every step we take)

What are #reformers? A classical piece of Pilates equipment that uses spring resistance with a variety of different levels of support to help you realign and restore #optimalmovement.
