March Matness 22: Swimming

Swimmng, a lovely exercise that is rarely done well.  We want to stretch out of the pelvis in both direction so that the limbs move and the torso can be steady.   Feels great to work the back body.

Primary Focus:  Back body work ie Extension

Secondary Focus:  Stretch and control
