Our Registered Massage Therapy services support your physical health, help manage tension or discomfort, and complement your movement and rehabilitation goals.

Each session begins with a brief assessment and is tailored to your needs, with techniques adjusted based on your comfort and response. Whether you attend occasionally or as part of a regular routine, massage therapy can play a valuable role in supporting overall physical well-being.

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY TREATMENT

Provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), treatments may support:

  • Muscle tension and discomfort

  • Recovery from physical activity

  • Stress and relaxation

  • General physical function

Your RMT will discuss your goals and ensure treatment is appropriate for you.

60 Minute Session: $130 +hst

90 Minute Session: $170 + hst

For those looking to maintain consistency in their care:


60-minute Massage (1x per 4 weeks): $120 + hst
60-minute Massage (2x per 4 weeks): $230 + hst

Regular treatment can support ongoing management of tension and physical demands. Memberships required a 2 payment commitment.

Erica Leyden, Registered Massage Therapist

Erica has been a registered massage therapist since 2020. With a background in kickboxing instruction and personal training, she is passionate about helping clients feel their best through individualized care while empowering them with the tools and knowledge to support long-term wellness. Erica enjoys working with people from all walks of life and values building meaningful connections with each client to provide thoughtful, personalized treatment.

Outside of the clinic, Erica enjoys hiking with her dog and trying new recipes. She looks forward to supporting clients on their wellness journey and helping them move and feel better in their everyday lives.

BILLING AND INSURANCE

Payment is required at the time of service. Massage therapy may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefit plans.

Receipts include the RMT’s name and registration number for insurance submission.
