Hereโ€™s the why and how it works?

              Our bodies are amazing and with the correct order of movements, you can change your โ€˜storyโ€™ and engage in life fully.

Here is why my program works.

1.           Restore ๐Ÿกช Mobilize and stretch to restore joint range of motion

              Most programs jump right to the strengthening.  But when we strengthen before restoring our joint range of motion, it's like putting tight clothing over tight undergarments and the result is more stiffness and tension.  Imagine moving with 2 sets of corsets on, its not free, it is not dynamic, it creates more rigidity.

2. Strengthen ๐Ÿกช Using key exercises for your issues. I give you exercises to help support your body to function optimally.

How and what we strengthen is essential to create long lasting, meaningful results.  Using assessments to identify posture patterns, muscles imbalances and neuromuscular propensities, we can identify what is needed to create more balance in your muscles, and movement.  This equals freer easier movement.

3. Challenge ๐Ÿกช Now we challenge the full body integration so you can live and move in the real world, not worrying about re-injurying or pain.

Now we need to get dynamic because you donโ€™t live your life in a control setting of a class.  You need to put your balanced musculature into dynamic states to see how your body response to more everyday movements.  The movement you learn in session need to be transferred to everyday life.  In everyday  life, you canโ€™t inhale and exhale at certain times, you need to train dynamic responses and movement.   Many of you with stiffness or pain, create rigidity with uncertainty and that nervous system response continue your stiffness and/or painful condition.
