Giselle Taruvinga


Movement has become much more than fitness for me, it's something that supports both my physical and mental well-being. I discovered Pilates through my own fitness journey and was drawn to its unique combination of strength, precision, and mindful movement. As a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, I am passionate about helping people discover what their bodies are capable of.

I enjoy creating classes that are both challenging and supportive, giving clients the opportunity to explore movement, build strength, and gain confidence in ways they may not have expected. At the end of the day, I want people to leave class feeling stronger, more capable, and empowered in their own skin.

Currently, I'm working toward becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, with the goal of combining strength training principles with the precision and control that Pilates offers.

My professional background is in Human Resources, specifically recruitment, where I developed a passion for learning about people, understanding their unique experiences, and supporting them through growth and change. I have also completed training in Polyvagal Theory to better understand the connection between the nervous system, stress, and movement. I strive to create an inclusive environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll likely find me spending time with my family, pursuing my next fitness challenge, travelling, hiking or learning something new about health, movement, and personal growth.
