Mikalya Boyle
After being encouraged by her naturopath to try Pilates as a way to reconnect with her body, she quickly fell in love with the practice. What began as a personal journey toward healing and wellness soon grew into a passion for movement and teaching.
She is certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates through Body Harmonics and completed her training at Pilates in Guelph. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness through mindful, purposeful movement.
One of her favourite exercises to teach is the lunge in all its variations. She loves how lunges challenge balance, stability, and strength while helping clients feel capable, empowered, and strong in their bodies.
