A class that builds your movement foundation and skills to explore the Pilates repertoire with confidence. As your knowledge and strength grows you will experience increased muscle integration and improved efficiency in your movement. These craftily designed classes give you a whole-body workout all while helping you move with greater ease and efficiency.

A class that focuses on the Pilates foundation repertoire. Classes are designed to improve your alignment, restore balance, and build resiliency. You will leave class feeling more ease and support.

Build functional strength through your spine, hips and shoulder while release tightness. Through a series of seated exercises and standing exercises, we increase your strength, balance and reduce your pain. We use infinite bands and 1lb weight in this class.

A vertical class that gets you moving, revs up your metabolism and packs a conditioning punch. Enjoy muscle sculpting, cardio training and core conditioning all while improving posture and alignment. At the end of class, you will feel strong, agile and energized (and a little bit sweaty!)

Bring about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind through bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana). Hatha yoga postures stretch and align the body, promoting balance, flexibility and improved circulation.
